The Stay-At-Home Program
Designed to be easily done at home with minimal equipment. Simple and effective, these workouts provide a foundation to jump start your fitness in a flexible and manageable setting.
The in-the-gym Program
For parents with full access to gym equipment. No more wondering if you’re working out correctly. Be confident knowing you’re exercising with effective programming to make you a better parent.
Both Programs Feature:
Six days per week of programming (You choose what volume is tenable for your schedule)
All encompassing functional workouts that improve strength, conditioning, balance and overall physical capacity
Additional instructions and information on how to effectively approach fitness as a parent
updated monthly to keep you engaged and progressing
