Parenthood demands strength, energy, and resilience—every single day. That’s why I created Fueling Strong Parents, your go-to guide for simple, research-backed nutrition and supplementation strategies specifically designed to help busy parents feel and perform their best.
Inside you'll discover how to:
Master practical nutrition strategies for healthier living and sustained energy—without complicated dieting.
Simplify meal prep and hydration to fuel your busy days with ease.
Easily integrate effective supplements into your daily routine for better sleep, recovery, and mental clarity.
Let’s Build the Parent You’re Meant to Be.
Being strong isn’t about endless hours in the gym or chasing someone else’s idea of “fit.” It’s about building a body that works — for you, your family, and your life. Our programs are designed to help you do exactly that. Whether you’re training in your garage with minimal gear, hitting the gym before work, or squeezing in a session while the kids nap, you’ll get a clear, expert-built plan that fits into your schedule — not the other way around.
This program blends functional strength and conditioning with purposeful progression to help you move better, build lean muscle, and feel more capable every day. No guesswork. No generic templates. Just real training that meets you where you’re at and pushes you forward.
No lifetime commitment, just life changing progress.
Meet Your Coach: Sam Moses
Hi! I’m Sam—husband to Kinsey, proud dad to Olivia, and a seasoned fitness professional with over 14 years of experience. I understand firsthand the challenges parents face in prioritizing health amidst the demands of family life.
After coaching parents for over a decade, I finally became one myself. And let me tell you—I get it now. Between the diapers, appointments, sleepless nights, and nonstop demands of family life, the idea of carving out 45 minutes to sweat feels impossible some days. I’ve lived it. I’m still living it.
But here’s what I’ve learned—
If it came down to it, we’re all willing to die for our kids… But are you strong enough to live for them?
Are you strong enough to prioritize your health, capacity, and longevity to show up with energy every single day?
That's why I founded the Strong Parent Collective: to provide busy parents with practical, effective tools to build strength, boost energy, and lead by example. Through intelligent programming, community support, and a focus on progress over perfection, we're here to help you become the strongest version of yourself—for you and your family.

The Strong Parent Philosophy
As parents, we have an unspoken obligation to our kids:
To show up as our best selves, not just for us—but for them.
And whether society says it or not, your physical health is one of the foundations of being your best. When we take care of our bodies, we unlock the energy, patience, confidence, and capability that parenthood demands.
This isn’t a six-pack competition or a bodybuilder’s club.
This is a community of parents who believe that being fit is about living fully—not looking perfect.
We’re built around three simple ideas:
If you believe that being the best parent starts with taking care of yourself—you belong here.
